Jack Snow
Senior Managing Director
Jack Snow co-founded GrayMatters in 2012 and, as a Senior Managing Director, contributes a broad spectrum of financial, structuring, and deal execution experience. From 2007 to 2012 he was with an Alberta based private equity firm. Prior to founding GrayMatters, Jack was a member of a Leveraged Finance Group where he worked with financial buyers in areas of acquisition and divestiture, high-yield bonds, IPOs and re-financings. Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Doctorate of Law.

Rick Jordan
Vice Chairman and Co-Founder
Rick Jordan co-founded GrayMatters in 2012, and, as Vice Chairman, contributes a wealth of knowledge in the areas of corporate development and law. He has served as Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel. He is responsible for a variety of corporate acquisitions, divestitures and financings as part of the management team. Prior to GrayMatters, Rick was a partner in the Calgary office of a national law firm where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Rick serves as a director or officer on a number of public and private companies and charitable organizations.

Michael Fayeed
Vice President
Michael Fayeed is a Vice President at Gray Matters. Prior to joining GrayMatters in 2014, Michael worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Energy Group in Calgary, where he was involved in various merger, acquisition, and divestiture assignments, as well as public equity and debt offerings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours with Distinction) degree, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Calgary.
